2.5 cups chopped kale (wash well, repeat)
1 large apple, cored but not peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup parsley
1 lemon squeezed
1/2 bag frozen mango chunks (Woodstock Farms)
6 cups water
Partially thaw your mango first, then add all to blender and purée until smooth. Serves four. I am blending in a WARING commercial blender with a 64 oz stainless steel carafe. After doing my research on blenders, I purchased this 1.5 horsepower workhorse no-frills model and do not miss seeing the contents whirl.
